Florence Lafond

Screenwriter | Director

Florence Lafond is a screenwriter and director. She is co-writer of the series Wipe Me Away (Je voudrais qu’on m’efface), the adaptation of the novel by Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette, directed by Eric Piccoli, and produced by Babel Films. She is the winner of the Prix Gémeaux for Best Digital Dramatic Series and the series has been selected and Premiered at Canneseries 2021. Florence is a finalist in the 2019-2020 edition of the Cours écrire ton court SODEC competition for her screenplay Jusqu’à ce que tu meures, also the recipient of a production grant at CALQ 2021, and most recently received the SODEC support for the development of her project Caller Malade (2022).
