Edith Kabuya
Writer | Screenwriter | Script Editor
With a degree in psychology from McGill University, she also completed training in television screenwriting at INIS in 2018. Recipient of the Netflix Diversity Scholarship, she completed a new training in the long screenwriting program at INIS (Cohort 2018-2019).
Her trilogy LES MAUDITS received financial support from the FMC-SODEC fund for a TV adaptation and has been published by Éditions de Mortagne since 2012. It was sold in France by Éditions Hachette Black Moon, as was his VICTOIRE DIVINE series of children’s novels. Now recognized for her screenwriting skills and currently in demand for several projects in development, Edith is also the author of the UTUKKU series, which won the Best Horror Web Series award in Los Angeles. Since 2020, she has been a spokesperson for Communications-Jeunesse.
